Each month, HWI Staff members and volunteers lead "novice" field trips to raptor hot spots along the Wasatch Front.  Field trips are generally held on the fourth Saturday of each month.  Meeting times will vary based on the location of the trip.  Field trip groups will meet at the HWI offices on 2240 South 900 East and carpool/caravan from there.

April 19:  Spring Migration viewing, 8:00 am

May 24:  Owl Prowl in Mill Creek Canyon, 8:00 pm- Rescheduled to May 31!

June 28: Meet Bob Walters @ the DNR office at 6pm to view a pair of Bald Eagles and their eglets. RSVP to Bob at (801) 538-4771. 

July 26: Bear Migratory Bird Refuge, 9:00 am
